Let's Build Homes Partnership
Vermont's housing crisis won't be solved by advocacy alone. It takes research, data, and public understanding. That's the work of the Let's Build Homes Partnership Fund, our 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate.
What We Do
While Let's Build Homes (our 501(c4) advocates directly for pro-housing policy at the State House and in town halls across Vermont, the Partnership does the foundational work that makes that advocacy possible: research, education, and community outreach.
The Partnership Fund exists to:
Build the evidence base. We research Vermont's zoning and land use patterns to show, town by town, where housing can and can't be built.
Educate the public. We help Vermonters understand how local and state land use rules shape housing supply and affordability.
Support communities directly. We work with municipalities, planning commissions, and civic groups to navigate complex questions around growth, zoning, and permitting.
