Clay Adams is the President and CEO of Mascoma Bank. Under his leadership, Mascoma Bank expanded into new markets, experienced significant growth, and became one of the first banks in the United States to become a certified B Corporation. Before joining Mascoma Bank, Mr. Adams led Simon Pearce, a family-owned manufacturer and retailer of hand-crafted glass and pottery, and Resource Systems Group (RSG), a firm specializing in transportation, environmental and market research.

Neale has devoted his career to improving the lives of his fellow Vermonters. Currently he is the President and CEO of Vermont Gas Systems where he is helping advance Vermont’s energy future. He previously served as General Manager of the Burlington Electric Department, Chief Recovery Officer for Tropical Storm Irene, Secretary of Administration and Secretary of Transportation.

Jason is the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Banking and Consumer Credit at Northfield Savings Bank, a Vermont Bank committed to supporting Vermont "Builders, Makers and Doers". With over 24 years of experience in the home financing industry, he has been an active participant in shaping the housing sector throughout his career. In addition to his professional achievements, Jason serves as the Treasurer of the Board for Camp Ta-Kum-Ta, a non-profit camp that provides support for children from Vermont and Northern New York who have or have had cancer.

Elizabeth is the Executive Director of the Windham and Windsor Housing Trust. Elizabeth views the role of housing in society through multiple lenses and has committed the majority of her non-profit career to expanding housing opportunities for all.

David is the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration at Middlebury College where he has advanced Middlebury’s commitment to housing for employees and community members. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance and Advancement, and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at Champlain College.

Maura has been the Executive Director of the Vermont Housing Finance Agency since 2019. Through her work for VHFA as well as several housing focused Boards, Maura has devoted her career to delivering housing solutions for Vermonters.

Jonah Richard is a 4th-generation Fairlee, VT native who runs two businesses — Village Ventures, a small-scale real estate development firm and Réal Hazen Construction, a 15-person general contractor and homebuilder. Since moving back to the area in 2020, he's led the development and construction of $10 million in real estate projects locally with another $16 million in the pipeline.

Brian is the General Counsel for Beta Technologies, an electric aerospace company. Prior to working at Beta, Brian co-founded the law firm, Dunkiel Saunders (aka SRH Law), where his practice focused on building renewable energy, housing, and transportation and utility infrastructure.

Tino is the Executive Director and Co-founder of the Vermont Professionals of Color Network. Previously he worked at Dealer.com and Cox Automotive. Tino also sits on the Board of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as the Board of the Janet S Munt Family Room.

Mateo is CEO of Jasper Hill Farm. Lauded as a cheese visionary, with his brother, Mateo has successfuly transformed an old dairy farm in the Northeast Kingdom to one of the most successful cheese companies in the world.

Loralee is the Executive Director of the Northeast Kingdom Chamber of Commerce where she promotes economic development and community prosperity in the most rural region of the state. Prior to this role, Loralee was an educator in the Northeast Kingdom.

Casey is the third-generation owner of McNeil & Reedy, a menswear store in downtown Rutland. He is also the President of the Downtown Rutland Partnership Board where he works to advance and revitalize Rutland’s downtown.

Miro is the Executive Chair of Let’s Build Homes. A lifelong Vermonter, he has worked to build more homes for 30 years as an affordable housing developer and as the mayor of Burlington from 2012 to 2024.
